Leaves turning brown from the base of the leaf (not the tip). I did some research about overwatering and sunlight and it hasn't been watered in 3 weeks, and it currently resides in a room where it gets 2/3 day of diffuse sunlight. The damaged leaves can be removed entirely or just trimmed to remove the brown edges. Corn plant or dracaena is an excellent houseplant because it requires relatively little care and can take the low light conditions typical of our homes and offices.
